Leveling up your skills and finding access to supplies can be a challenge. In our individual pockets, it’s easy to feel limited, uninspired, and unable to conquer the next challenge.

The Scenic Stitches Fiber Festival was created to offer fiber arts enthusiasts the chance to expand in skills, supplies, and personal connections. The weekend brings together vendors and teachers from across the country, granting access to techniques and materials that aren’t usually available in our region.

About Our Founder

Courtney Cox is a multi-disciplinary fiber artist based in Chattanooga, TN. She is an award-winning and internationally exhibiting hand embroidery artist specializing in portraiture. Additionally, she is a crochet and knitwear designer and pattern writer. Together with a dedicated committee (and many, many volunteers!) Cox founded Scenic Stitches in 2024.
