Scenic Stitches Fiber Festival 2027 Vendor Application

Hello and thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Scenic Stitches Fiber Festival 2027! This event will take place February 27 and 28, 2027 in Chattanooga, Tennessee at the Camp Jordan Arena from 10am-5pm. Set up times will be scheduled through the day on Friday, February 26, 2027.


About the event:

This is the third annual Scenic Stitches Fiber Festival! We will have a vendor market, classes, demos, and interactive fiber arts opportunities. 


Please note that the Camp Jordan Arena does not allow food or beverage service vendors without special permission and additional fees. This excludes prepackaged goods (teas, coffee beans, etc). If you would like to inquire about selling food or beverages, please email before applying: scenicstitches@gmail.com

Once accepted, vendor fees must be paid within 1 week of notice of acceptance or their slot may be forfeited. Fees are listed below according to booth size. Payment will be made via the Scenic Stitches website; links will be sent with the notice of acceptance. 

Scenic Stitches will provide a space for vendors, a site map, and inclusion in marketing.

Selected vendors much provide their own equipment and staff. Vendor assumes all responsibility for their booth setup/breakdown, lighting, products, sales, staff, and security of booth.

Please note that the Camp Jordan Arena will have electricity, tables, and other items available for rent. Parking at the Arena is free, including trailer parking, and limited (paid) RV camping is also available.

Booth Sizes and Pricing:

  • 10’x10’ $400

  • 10’x20’ $800

  • 10’x30’ $1100

  • Yarn Trucks pay according to size with pricing equivalent to booth pricing (outside parking only)

LIABILITY: Vendor assumes liability for any injury arising out of the ordinary cause of their performance and not caused by any act of the Agent. Vendor agrees to hold harmless Scenic Stitches LLC, the Camp Jordan Arena and the Arts and Business Council of Greater Nashville from any claims, damages, losses and liability arising out of this agreement.

Filling out this application does not guarantee a space at the festival. 

$15 non-refundable application fee, which serves as a deposit towards your booth fee upon acceptance.

Cancellation Policies for Vendors:

6+ months before the event: refunded booth fee (minus the application fee)

4-6 months before the event: refunded 75% of the booth fee

2-3 months before the event: refunded 50% of the booth fee

1 month or less before the event: no refunds on booth fees
