Scenic Stitches Fiber Festival 2026 - Local Vendors Alley Lottery

This application is for local Chattanooga vendors who want to participate in our event but cannot afford the booth fees. Spaces are limited (10 slots available) and will be chosen at random. The lottery is for a discounted rate ($200) for a 10’x10’ booth space only. Non-refundable application fees still apply and will serve as a deposit for selected vendors.

Hello and thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Scenic Stitches Fiber Festival 2026! This event will take place February 28 and March 1, 2026 in Chattanooga, Tennessee at the Chattanooga Convention Center from 10am-5pm. Set up times will be scheduled through the day on Friday, February 27, 2026. Tear-down is 5:30-9pm on March 1.

About the event:

This is the second annual Scenic Stitches Fiber Festival! We will have a vendor market, classes, demos, and interactive fiber arts opportunities. 

Vendors we feel might be an especially good fit include: makers of fiber arts supplies (quilting, fabrics, needlework, knitting, weaving, spinning, crochet, etc), artisans, tattoo artists, and makers selling items for women and/or children. Other vendors are welcome to apply! 

Once accepted, vendor fees must be paid within 1 week of notice of acceptance or their slot may be forfeited. Fees are listed below according to booth size. Payment will be made via the Scenic Stitches website; links will be sent with the notice of acceptance. 

Scenic Stitches will provide a space for vendors, a site map, and inclusion in marketing.

Selected vendors much provide their own equipment and staff. Vendor assumes all responsibility for their booth setup/breakdown, lighting, products, sales, staff, and security of booth.

Please note that the Convention Center will have electricity, tables, and other items available for rent. 

LIABILITY: Vendor assumes liability for any injury arising out of the ordinary cause of their performance and not caused by any act of the Agent. Vendor agrees to hold harmless Scenic Stitches LLC, the Chattanooga Convention Center and the Arts and Business Council of Greater Nashville from any claims, damages, losses and liability arising out of this agreement.

Filling out this application does not guarantee a space at the festival.

Cancellation Policies for Vendors:

6+ months before the event: refunded booth fee (minus the application fee)

4-6 months before the event: refunded 75% of the booth fee

2-3 mins before the event: refunded 50% of the booth fee

1 month or less before the event: no refunds on booth fees
